These terms outline the conditions under which Appfy.ai provides access to its AI-driven operations platform. By using our services, you agree to the responsibilities and acceptable use policies described here.
Appfy.ai will provide continuous access to the platform with commercially reasonable uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance through your onboarding specialist or by email.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform in ways that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend access for activity that compromises the security or integrity of the system.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and do not retroactively refund previous charges.
